Teknologyka offers a Limited 90-Day Warranty on our distributed products. This policy only applies to out-of-box defects or failures and does not include buyer's remorse or open-box consumer returns for any other reason. In order to process a Warranty claim or return, the following guidelines and instructions apply:
- All returns require authorization from Teknologyka in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issuance
- Only include approved items on RMA in your return
- RMA form must be enclosed in return shipment
- RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton
- Return shipping is responsibility of the customer
- All defective returns are inspected and tested upon receipt - credit will only be issued for items listed on the RMA that are deemed defective by our inspection
- A credit will be issued for all eligible items to be used towards future purchases - no refunds
- Any products returned that are not eligible for credit will be discarded
